• International shipping is available at a flat rate of $25 AUD.

• Customs Regulations

  1. iSmudge takes no responsibility for orders shipped to countries where Palo Santo, White Sage, or sage-based products (including bundles) are restricted or prohibited.

  2. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that these items are permitted for import into their country before placing an order.

• Customs Documentation

  1. iSmudge provides all necessary documentation to facilitate smooth customs clearance. However, we cannot guarantee acceptance or approval by your country’s customs authority.

• Custom Duties and Taxes

  1. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and must be paid directly to the appropriate authorities upon arrival.

• Shipping Delays

  1. While we aim to ensure timely delivery, international shipments may be subject to delays beyond our control due to customs processing or local postal services.

• Non-Delivery or Confiscation

  1. iSmudge is not liable for packages that are delayed, held, or confiscated by customs authorities due to non-compliance with local import regulations.

• Refund Policy

  1. Refunds will not be issued for orders returned due to customs issues or unpaid customs duties and taxes.

  2. Refunds for undelivered items may be provided only if the package is returned to iSmudge in its original condition. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
