How to Use iSmudge Incense Sticks

Prepare Your Space
Find a well-ventilated area, ideally with a window or door slightly open, to ensure proper airflow. This helps in dispersing the fragrance and smoke. 

Light the Incense Stick
Using a lighter or match, light the tip of the incense stick. Allow it to burn for a few seconds until a small flame appears. Gently blow out the flame, letting the stick smoulder and release its fragrant smoke.

Place the Incense Stick in a Holder
Securely position the incense stick in a suitable holder on a heat-resistant surface, away from flammable materials. This keeps it stable and ensures ashes fall safely.

Set Your Intention
State the intention you've chosen for this incense. Let the smoke carry your intention throughout the space. Feel the presence of your intention within your heart centre.

Enjoy the Aroma
Allow the incense to burn, filling your space with its scent. Stay mindful of your intention as the smoke flows around you, creating a sacred, peaceful atmosphere.

Extinguishing the Incense (if needed)
To extinguish the incense stick before it naturally burns out, press the smouldering tip into a heatproof surface like sand or soil. You can relight it later if desired.
