How to Use a Sage Bundle

Open windows and doors to allow smoke and negative energy to leave the space.

Light the Sage Bundle:

Hold the bundle at a 45-degree angle and light the end. Let it burn for a few seconds, then gently blow out the flame, allowing the bundle to smolder and produce smoke.

Once finished, gently press the lit end of the bundle into a fireproof dish, sand, or soil until the embers are out. Never use water to extinguish, as it can damage the bundle.

Store Properly:
